Client Terms of Business

  • Oxford Remote PA shall keep any work undertaken confidential and not use it for personal gain or promotion without written consent of the Client.

  • The business affairs of the Client shall not be discussed or disclosed to any third parties.

  • I'm happy to sign a contract that protects both of our businesses.

  • The Client will be the legal owner and will hold intellectual copyright of all work undertaken by Oxford Remote PA.

  • Completed work will be supplied to the Client by email or on memory stick.

  • All materials and information supplied by and produced for a Client are treated as strictly confidential at all times (I can sign your non-disclosure agreement if required).

  • Invoices will be submitted for payment on the completion of an assignment or fortnightly if ongoing work. 

  • Invoices to be settled within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

  • A time report can be sent with invoice if requested.

  • Payment is by bank transfer only.

  • Any errors must be reported within two 2 days of receipt of completed work. Errors generated by Oxford Remote PA will be corrected free of charge, but any amendments requested by the client thereafter will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

  • Oxford Remote PA strictly complies with the Data Protection Act.
